January ITPA Board of Directors Meeting The Board of Directors of the Illinois Tractor Pulling Assn. met on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, Illinois. Refer to the "new" tech page for rule or weight changes as a result of the meeting. 2007 ITPA Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet The Illinois Tractor Pulling Association held their Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, Illinois. Over 450 pullers, pulling families, sponsors, promoters and guests were in attendance to honor the 2007 ITPA class winners/special award recipients as well as to celebrate ITPA's 40th Anniversary.
