CANTON, OH — Hitting the highways in January, Hendrickson's Road Show tractor-trailer will wind through North America bringing fleet and trucking industry representatives a first-hand look at the cutting-edge in heavy-duty suspension technology and ride solutions. Keyed to industry leaders from fleet executives to dealers to owner operators to OEM management, the Hendrickson North American Road Show delivers the definitive exhibition of suspension ride systems for the heavy-duty trucking industry. "The Road Show allows us to surgically deliver our message to the trucking industry audience," says Mark Slingluff, trailer communications manager. Distinctive graphics featuring an array of Hendrickson products make the Road Show tractor-trailer highly recognizable as it travels North American highways stopping at fleets, dealers and truck stops. In addition to an array of state-of-the-art truck, tractor and trailer suspension models and volumes of the latest technical and service information capabilities, the rolling stock itself represents the latest in suspension technology. "Ride-and-drive sessions will be available to demonstrate the total combination of air ride," reports Sean Coleman, truck marketing manager. "Those technologies include an AIRTEK TM air-ride steer axle; VANTRAAX® trailer slider system with QUIK-DRAW TM, fingertip pin-pull mechanism; Dock Stabilizing Technology (DST), and an AERO-CLAD® bumper." Plans call for the Hendrickson Road Show to swing through the Southwest before returning for a stop in Louisville, Ky., at the Mid-America Trucking Show, where the Road Show rig will be open in space number 9115 of the lot adjacent to the South Wing. A comprehensive interactive audio-visual center in the trailer offers a complete library of Hendrickson videos and electronic presentations covering both product education and technical training.
